Our Vision
By 2030, Our Goal is to Empower 10,000 Law Firms Across North America to Double Their Profits.
Originally starting as “Automation for Lawyers,” we were helping law firms eliminate inefficiencies and repetitive and manual tasks through automation.
But as we grew, so did our vision. We realized that true transformation goes beyond automation, it’s about strategy, growth, and creating businesses that thrive. With the creation of Swans, we shifted our focus from just getting rid of inefficiencies through tech to building sustainable businesses out of law firms. With this vision in mind, we realized that having a real impact on a firm requires
a deep understanding of how each practice area operates at its core. To achieve this, we chose to specialize in one practice area: Estate Planning. By focusing on this niche, alongside the complementary areas like Probate, Elder, Family, and Real Estate Law, we’ve gained a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Estate Planning law firms. This focus has allowed us to deliver tailored strategies and custom systems that solve distinct challenges for owners to have practices that make more profits and run autonomously.
How It Started
At the heart of Swans are our co-founders, Maximilian Stulz and Martin Kravchenko. Max, originally from Frederick, Maryland, met Martin at a networking event in Barcelona, Spain, in 2019, sharing a clear vision for the future.
Max successfully led the unprecedented turnaround of a struggling law firm as the interim CEO with a raw background in operations and business.
Martin led the massive growth of a top law firm as the CTO (official title “Director of Product & AI) with a sharp technical background and has helped dozens of law firms as a consultant at his company, “Automation for Lawyers.”
Together, they are on a mission to provide the synergistic benefits of business and tech excellence to the ever-changing world of small to mid-sized law firms. This led to Swans, an investor-backed company incorporated in Delaware, changing the legal industry forever.
